The 4 Hole Academy Golf Course is made up of the first 2 holes of the 9 Hole Course and 2 short holes that run parallel to these holes. This Course is appropriate for all players but especially for children as the holes are not too long.

The 20 bay floodlit Driving Range is for those players who simply want to practice in all types of weather and in the winter months as the evening draw in. At the end of the Driving Range there is a Practice Bunker where players can hone their bunker skills.

Adjacent to the Driving Range is a spacious 9 Hole Putting Course which allows players to perfect their long putts and the Putting Green which offers a chance to practice the short putts that are usually missed.

We also have a newly designed Chipping Green so that the different types of short game shots can be practiced.
Perhaps you could do with some qualified advice on your swing?

The Easy Way Golf Academy PGA qualified professional Stuart Smith (picture right) is available for lessons at Old Joe's Golfing Range. Sessions are available either for individuals or groups. Check out the lessons page for more details.

Old Joe's 9 Hole Golf Course extends through the scenic Suffolk countryside, flanked by mature hedges and trees which provide habitat for many species of wildlife, with no noisy roads to disturb the peace.

The 9 Hole Course now boasts six par 3’s and three par 4’s, it has been lengthened to challenge not only the more experienced golfer but also new players. The course is 1180 yards with the Par 4 9th hole being the longest at 279 yards. The tee shot has a tight entrance to the fairway with out of bounds on both sides which makes for a challenging finishing hole.
